CALL FOR ART for the 10×10 RAP (REAL ART PARTY)
We are seeking 10×10 inch original art to be donated for the 10×10 RAP – a fundraiser benefitting Berkshire County art students. The 10×10 RAP will be at the Berkshire Museum – an art exhibit and a FREE art party during the City of Pittsfield’s 10×10 Festival in February. Artists will get a free ticket to Pecha Kucha and will be listed on the Artist Registry at berkshireartassociation.org.
As in past Storefront Artist Project events, a $25 ticket purchase guarantees a piece of original art, drawn at random, to take home. “ARTIX” will be sold beginning February 14 at the Berkshire Museum and the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts. Only cash or checks made out to “BAA” can be accepted.
All artwork must measure 10 inches by 10 inches prepared for hanging or display. Artwork may be in any medium and should reflect the quality of your usual work. Artists may submit up to three pieces. Attach an Art ID (bottom of this page) to the back of each piece you donate.
To register, please submit your name, email, (and website, if any) plus title and medium for each piece. Artists (and websites) will be added to the Artists Registry on the BAA website. We’d also appreciate a low-res jpeg to use for promotion. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “10×10 RAP” as subject.
