You are a part of the BAA’s mission to connect artists and community, inspire creativity, and increase access to the visual arts. Maybe you donate every year. Biographical Info

Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Michael King has earned a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso. He is currently in pursuit of a Master of Fine Arts – Visual Arts from Lesley University. Michael retired from the US Army in 2015 after 21 years of active federal service at the rank of Sergeant Major. His work is a reflection of his experience as a member of the Military Police Corps, as he successfully deployed to Iraq twice as both a Platoon Sergeant and a First Sergeant. He lives with his family in Lenox Dale and a studio in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
